Links

These (always growing) lists are for anyone interested in the Radical Left and want to go deeper than this blog goes, you are in luck.  Feel free to message me with any recommendations.

Resources for Further Reading
  • Marxist Internet Archive  Extensive text, image, audio, and video archive on Marxism, the Radical Left, and all related subjects (even general philosophy).
  • LibCom  Anarchist ran news and analysis resource as well as an extensive archive of text, image, audio, and video.
  • AK Press  An anarchist, libertarian communist press that produces great stuff.
  • An Anarchist FAQ  Been around a long time and still a very good, somewhat in-depth primer for the political philosophy of Anarchism.
Other Blogs
  • Espresso Stalinist  An unapologetic, long-form blog from a "tankie" (I say that as a fan of the blog) that runs completely counter to the Western imperialist narrative of history and the present.  Interesting even (maybe especially) when you disagree.
  • Anti-Imperialism  As informative as it is good looking.
  • MLM-Mayhem  An academic writes this blog and so it may be too verbose or jargon-laden for some, but I have come to like his style quite a bit.
  • Systemic Capital  News and some analysis.  Worth keeping in your radar.
Podcasts (RSS Feed Links)
  • Behind the News with Doug Henwood  This podcasted radio show (from KPFA Berkeley) releases engaging interviews from people across the spectrum.  While Doug Henwood is a socialist, this is not much of a soapbox, and I know many non-leftists who like the podcast all the same.  Although, the topics do hold special interest for anti-capitalists.
  • Podcasts by Richard Wolff  This feed gives access to the growing list of podcasts by left wing economist Richard Wolff.
Video Series
  • Reading Marx's Capital with David Harvey  This is an amazing lecture series on Marx's (amazing, terrifying, enormous) Das Kapital.  They have a complete course in both Volume I and II.
  • We Are Many  A collection of video and audio lectures from the annual Socialism Conference in Chicago, Illinois.  Interesting contemporary analysis of current affairs, history, art, society, and more.  Great to listen to on a car ride, long walk, etc.
